最近被時間追著跑，很忙，但是很忙還是要follow一下奧斯卡，這幾天連假每天從世貿展場忙完回來就是看電影，而且是要全神貫注聚精會神的片！（都不知道哪裡來的堅持）

Tahiti 80睽違3年後終於再發新專輯，一向喜歡他們這種有點流行又有點非主流路線的迷幻搖滾！
第一次認識他們是這首歌--Heartbeat

聽了之後真的就heartbeat得很厲害!

跨年大堆頭電影連番戰

近年來大堆頭電影越來越多，逢年過節看一下這種大堆頭電影，感受一下過節歡愉的氣氛是很不賴的！畢竟這幾年來經濟情勢不樂觀，歐債美債問題一大堆，電影公司適時推出這種大堆頭電影也算是一兼二顧，賺到票房又可以讓大家沉浸在歡愉的過節氣氛中！

但好聽的不只是海尼根廣告曲唷!!


這個團體叫做 The Asteroids Galaxy Tour  來自丹麥的一個樂團

Yoga Music

When I'm doing exercise, I usually pick up some music I like to accompany by. Actually, our emotion may be influenced by what we listen to. Today, I would like to introduce what I listen to, when I do yoga.


Enigma is a very famous musical project founded in Germany. Their productions are very brilliant and impressive. I've never heard the project before until they cooperated with 郭英男 (a Taiwan very prominent aboriginal resident). Everyone who lives on earth must heard this song before.

Enigma's seven lives is also very powerful. The tempo and the rhythm is very suitable when we start with the sun salutation. We can do some sun salutation in the morning to warm up your body and welcome the coming busy work days. Doing sun salutation can makes my body full of energy and help me to deal with pressure.
